Toosso Pakistani Kitchen: Authentic Halal Cuisine and Flavorful Delights in Sterling, VA

Great place for good Pakistani food. Sunday morning breakfast. Halwa puri was very nice. Chai was not Ok. Service, they always forget something that’s Toosso.

If you’re looking for authentic Pakistani food in Northern Virginia, Tooso is definitely worth checking out. The flavors are rich, comforting, and taste very close to homemade desi cooking. Their karahi and grilled items stand out the most — well-seasoned, fresh, and served hot. The naan comes out soft and pairs perfectly with the curries. Ana and Cathryn took really good care of me and my guests and showed great work ethics and hospitality.

Best Nihari and bund kabob in DC metro area. Authentic Pakistani food, especially breakfast on weekends. Don't forget to taste their falooda after nehari.

I have missed these flavors! Toosso has the best Nihari!!! And for the price, you get a huge 32oz container of that delicious spicy stew and a huge chunks of meat in it. I always order takeout because they shouldn't witness how I pig out over their Nihari. I garnish with julienned ginger, slices of fresh jalapenos, pinch of cilantro, and slices of raw onion. This stew is so vibrant! This past weekend though, we discovered their Haleem. Why have I never tried this before?! This lentil and beef stew is tremendously delicious! And who was the genius that added a squeeze of lemon?! My taste buds enjoyed this treat! The Samosas are always delicious. I will admit that I am not a big fan of the Pakoras. However, the flavor and spice was perfect for everything. I really enjoyed my selection for takeout.

The place still has authentic Pakistani taste but over the period of time the quality has deteriorated. As an example, the utensils and tea pots in which they serve tea are rusty from inside . These untensil containers make them unhygienic and a health hazard. It seems no one cares what the customer is being fed with. These are two apparent things that everyone visiting would see... I wonder how the kitchen or the pots in which they cook food look like ... how rusty they would be .

Great food and reasonable prices. If you like ethnic Pakistani food is hen this is one of the best places in the area. There are many varieties of items to try and majority of them are worthy a trip to the place. I have downgraded the ratings to 4-stars because Falooda was missing noodles and the black stuff. It was mostly just ice cream and very little black stuff. It wasn’t done properly. I didn’t have this when I tried it few months ago. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Northern Virginia!

Amaaazing food !! I was in Florida & had them send me the food overnight since I heard from someone that it was good. Food was fresh & tasted super good after heating it up. I has ordered Nihari, Haleem & Chicken Tikka with naan bread. Throughly enjoyed everything & would definitely visit the restaurant anytime I'm in Virginia.

Nice breakfast brunch lunch place Their halwa paratha was amazing, I love their falooda and even chicken biryani. I so like their nehaari and naan which was spicy and naaan was soft. Their fries was so souci but no salty
